Nutzungsbedingungen

Durch den Abschluss lhrer Anmeldung, kommt zwischen Ihnen bzw. der Firma, in deren Auftrag Sie handeln, und der yourfans GmbH, Nymphenburger Str. 3, 10825 Berlin vertreten durch Björn Zimmer ein Vertrag mit folgendem lnhalt, sowie den oben genannten Einzelheiten zustande: 

1. Laufzeit: Der Vertrag kommt für die gewählte Laufzeit und zum gewählten Tarif zustande. lnnerhalb dieses Zeitraums können die beschriebenen Funktionen genutzt werden.

2. Weitere Zusatzoptionen oder Upgrade auf eine höhere Version können später zu den geltenden Preisen aktiviert werden. Ein Downgrade auf eine kleinere Version ist nicht moglich.

3. Die Preise sind in vollständiger Höhe im ersten Monat der Vertragslaufzeit zu zahlen.

4. Alle Preise verstehen sich als Nettopreise zzgl. 19% ges. MwSt.

5. Die Kündigung kann per E-Mail an support@yourfans.de oder schriftlich an yourfans GmbH, Nymphenburger Str. 3, 10825 Berlin, erfolgen.

6. Wir garantieren eine Server-Uptime seitens yourfans von 99 % im Mittel eines Monats.

7. Wir geben keine Gewährleistung auf die Funktionalität außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs (z.B. Facebook Plattform & API).

8. Sie verpflichten sich, beim Umgang mit unseren Anwendungen die Richtlinien van Facebook und anderen Plattformen einzuhalten.

The socks are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyamide, 3% elastane. This makes them comfortable, durable and easy to care for.
